BLOOMFIELD, NJ - The Bloomfield Democratic Committee is seeking three candidates to fill openings on the Bloomfield Township Council.

According to Bloomfield Democratic County Committee chairman Michael Venezia, opportunities exist for community-minded people who are dedicated to build a better Bloomfield.  

Venezia said "If this past presidential election has taught us one thing it is that each and every one of us has the right to stand up and make a difference." He added "One of Bloomfield’s greatest strengths is its strong community ties. We look forward to hearing from you and how you can help us continue to move Bloomfield forward."

To be considered to run individuals must be a registered Democrat in the Township of Bloomfield and have been a resident of Bloomfield for at least one year prior to the filing date of April 3, 2017.
