NUTLEY, NJ - A flock of pink flamingos arrived on Lakeside Drive in Nutley this morning to spread the message that 'Hope Lives Here' in the battle against cancer. 

The flamingos, under the direction of a group of Nutley Girl Scouts, are a part of the fundraising efforts of the "Nutley RFL Pink Flamingos"  The "Nutley RFL Pink Flamingos" are one of the dozens of teams working to raise funds to support the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. The relay takes place on May 18 in De Muro Park, fundraising projects will be taking place up to and including the night of the event.

For $25, Nutley RFL Pink Flamingos will "flock" the lawn of a neighbor or friend in Nutley.Trained specialists will gather a flock of flamingos and "flamingo" the lawn under cover of night. Details about arranging a flocking can be found on the Nutley RFL Pink Flamingos Facebook page.
