MONTCLAIR, NJ - Studio Players suffered significant damage to their facility during the flood last week that left parts of Montclair under water. As a result, they are now asking for community groups to assist them in the cleanup effort, and the Maplewood Strollers sent an email to their community asking all to lend a hand to support "our community theater players-in-arms in their time of need."

According to the email from the Strollers, Studio Players in Upper Montclair suffered massive damage to their facility in the flash floods that hit the area last weekend. In particular, their scene shop and furniture and prop collections were decimated. "The mess left behind is staggering," stated the email from The Strollers.

The Strollers' email stated that Studio Players must clear the downstairs area by Sunday, so the professional cleaning / flood restoration crew can access the space and start their work.
