NUTLEY, NJ - A 23 year old Nutley woman was arrested and charged after officers came upon what appeared to be an unoccupied car in the center of Church Street on Friday.

Nutley Police found the car in the center of the roadway with its driver’s side door ajar and its headlights and interior lights on. At first officers believed the vehicle to be unoccupied. 

The driver,  Ms. Gabriela Drugach, was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters without incident.  She was printed and processed. She was issued motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated in a School Zone, Careless Driving, and Obstructing Passage of Other Vehicles. She was advised of her mandatory court date and released from custody.
