NUTLEY, NJ - The Nutley Police Department received multiple complaints of criminal mischief following a celebrity appearance of Fatboy near Nutley High School last week.

People on New Street and Vincent Place reported that their vehicles were scratched and damaged by a large crowd of students who gathered for a celebrity appearance.

As the crowd grew larger, some of the students climbed on top of vehicles to get a better vantage point. Owners of the vehicles filed police reports to file with their insurance companies. The appearance took place on February 27 after school, but some of the reports were not filed until February 28.
