NUTLEY, NJ - On 3-28-2017 Nutley resident reported IRS fraud phone asking for $425.00 for his $10,250.00 refund.

The Nutley resident went to Walgreens and purchased I-tune cards in the amount of $425.00 and gave the pin # to the caller who identified himself as Mr. Santiago, IRS agent.  The victim stated the IRS called from 315-303-8006.
