NUTLEY, NJ - Snow is in the forecast for Monday, and this is no April Fool's Day joke.

A winter weather advisory has been issued from the National Weather Service (NWS) from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 2, with total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches expected.

"Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute on Monday," stated the NWS.

Snowfall rates of around one inch per hour are possible early Monday morning, according to the NWS.
