NUTLEY, NJ – Nutley police report that Victor Terletsky, 24, of Nutley, was charged with making terroristic threats on Oct. 9.

Officers in another jurisdiction notified Nutley Police that Terletsky had stated that he was going to shoot the first cop he sees.

Nutley police directed the evidence to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. An Assistant Prosecutor director charges against Terletsky.  He was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters without incident. After being processed and formally charged with terroristic threats. Bail was set at $20,000 with a 10 per cent option by the Municipal Court Judge. Terletsky met the option and was released.
