NUTLEY, NJ - .The Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment members voted 'YES' to approve an application consisting of mixed-use construction in an R-2 zone on Monday night.
The 'YES' votes were from Chairman Frank Graziano, Gary Marino, Mary Rubino-Ryder, and Peter Sirica voted for the building
The 'NO' votes came from planning board members Suzanne Brown and Thomas DaCosta Lobo voted against it. The building will contain 23 apartments.
The property, owned by Frank Oliver, is located at 434-438 Centre St in an R-2 District. Township code prohibits mixed-use buildings in an R-2 district.
