At his April 2017 appearance in court Jervis entered the plea of 'no contest' on two charges of child exploitation and two charges of child pornography Two charges of child exploitation and 15 charges of possession of child pornography were dismissed at the time.
Jervis spent 25 years on the Bloomfield Fire Department before retiring in 2015. He moved to Kenosha in July 2015, and bought his home in August 2015. Public records indicate he was receiving a pension at the time the initial complaint was filed.
