Tuesday, October 6 at 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Pumpkin Decorating Contest and Display – Nutley adults are invited to get creative at home with pumpkins this autumn and participate in our fun and friendly contest!  Common craft items such as paint, ribbon, glitter or natural materials can be used to create a pumpkin masterpiece.  Real pumpkins are preferred.  Drop off your decorated pumpkin at the library by Tuesday, October 6 between 4:00-8:00.  One entry per person.  The pumpkins will be on display at the library from October 7-22 for in-person voting, one vote per person.  Two winners will be announced on October 23 and each will win a gift card.

Saturday, October 10 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Pumpkin Painting – Celebrate Halloween with our annual Pumpkin Painting event!  Children can reserve a personal painting kit and pumpkin to pick-up and decorate at home.  Send us a photo of your best design for a chance to win a prize!  For babies through grade 5.  One kit per person.  While supplies last.  Reserve your kit at youthservices.nutleypubliclibrary.org.  This event is for Nutley Public Library cardholders.  Sponsored by the Friends of the Nutley Public Library.
