Complimentary Yoga Classes, Kombucha Tea Tastings and Live Acoustic Concert will Benefit Nutley Food Pantry
NUTLEY, NJ - Celebrate yoga, live music and the community when Good Vibes Yoga and Kombucha Bar hosts a yoga festival and live acoustic concert with Above the Moon on September 22 at its new boutique studio in the heart of downtown Nutley.
The festivities will kick off at 8:15 a.m. with free yoga classes that will go all day long and include: Hot and Non-Hot Vinyasa yoga, beginner yoga and Yin Yang yoga. Attendees can sip healthy probiotic tea samples, mingle with guests at the Kombucha bar, enjoy refreshments and meet Good Vibes’ local yoga instructors who will be on hand to answer questions about yoga’s benefits for the mind and body.
Pre-registration for free classes is encouraged, as space is limited, and can be made by visiting www.goodvibesyogabar.com. Following the yoga festival, Good Vibes will host a benefit concert for the Nutley Family Service Bureau Food Pantry with the N.J.-based indie rock band, Above the Moon, beginning at 5 p.m. All proceeds will go toward the purchase of fresh and perishable goods for the food pantry.
The festival and concert will also serve as the grand opening celebration for Good Vibes. Owner Michael Giaimo of Nutley invites the public to participate in classes, tour the new studio with infrared heating, visit the Zen Den where practitioners can comfortably change and shower, and enjoy refreshments at the Kombucha Bar.
Above The Moon (ATM) is a four-piece rock band from Madison, N.J. Leaning hard on lyrics with heart and riffs that bite, ATM’s pedigree is rooted in a 90s unpretentious vibe woven with indie and pop melodies. Together, the group delivers a wide spectrum of emotion in their tunes.
