Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Department of Parks and Recreation announce the return of four popular fitness programs to keep residents fit this winter.  Registration is now open for Core Cardio, Morning Yoga, Yoga for Life and Zumba.

Exercise strengthens your heart, tones your muscles and helps you build stamina.  Join us at the Recreation Annex, 65 Bloomfield Ave for these exciting classes.  All participants are required to pre-register for this program.  Class sizes are limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
