NUTLEY, NJ - The Nutley Irish American Association's 41st annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is the township's next big celebration and everyone is invited.

Held early in the month, the date allows the planning committee to attract a large number of marching bands. In 2019, there were 10 bagpipe bands from across the Garden State.

Last year's overnight snow did not affect the parade. Crews from Nutley's Department of Public Works had the parade streets, and the rest of Nutley for that matter, cleared of the white stuff well before the start of the parade. Crowds gathered along the parade route in what continues to be Nutley's best attended parade.
