NUTLEY, NJ - The Knights of Columbus and Holy Family Church are hosting a blood drive Fri. Jan. 18 from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The post holiday season usually sees a drop off in donations. The government shutdown has resulted in many locations that normally would have been donation sites closing, thereby increasing the need blood donations.

This Friday, you can make a difference in the lives of people in need. The drive will take place at Holy Family Church at 28 Brookline Ave. in Nutley.
