NUTLEY, NJ - On Jan. 23, 2019, Nutley Public School teachers rallied peacefully in front of John H. Walker Middle School in a sign of unity with their representatives who were negotiating their contract with the Board of Education. The contract was eventually settled, and based on information presented in subsequent BOE meetings, the teacher's hard work paid off in the form of improved student performance.

TAPinto is a big fan of the First Amendment to the Constitution, especially the freedom of the press part, but let's take a moment to read the entire amendment.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
