NEW YORK, NY - A winter weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for Northern NJ beginning 4 p.m. Tuesday through 4 p.m. Wednesday.  Snow is expected to begin late tonight and continue into midday Wednesday.

Drivers should plan on slippery road conditions, especially during the morning commute on Wednesday. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
