NUTLEY, NJ - The Oakley Kitchen and Cocktails is the latest Nutley business to serve as a drop off location for the Chieffo Family's annual toy drive.

From the time the Oakley first opened their doors earlier this year, owner Khris Reina has been instrumental in welcoming community groups to use the restaurant for fundraisers and to support their causes.

The annual Chieffo Drive drive shuts down Gerard Rd. for one special night of music, cocoa, and a visit from Santa himself. This year, local elves who wish to donate but cannot make it to the Dec. 14 block party, can drop off their gifts at one of several locations around town, including the Oakley. Santa has made arrangements for other elves to pick up the toys around town and deliver them to the block party.

For everyone planning to attend the block party, the premise is simple: bring new, unwrapped gifts for children, then enjoy the holiday block party.

The best way to make this annual event a success is to shop early. Grabbing a gift or two that are on sale well before the holiday rush is a great way to make this holiday season special for some really special kids.

The toys will find their ways into the hands of children at Clara Maas Hospital and the Cancer Center at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.

Super excited with plenty of drop-off locations in town everyone!! If you are unable to make it the night of, please consider dropping of new unused toys at any of the following Nutley locations from now until the toy drive:

Nutley Fire Department
First Class Nail
Jim Dandy's of Nutley
A Personal Touch Florist
Coldwell Banker Franklin Realty Janet De Palma
C21 Award Agency - Rubino Ryder Team Mary Rubino Ryder Michael Ryder
