NUTLEY, NJ - WKTU's Sean "Hollywood" Hamilton will be making a special introduction at this Sunday's Buccos Rising Stars Inaugural Breakfast at the Chandelier in Belleville.
Buccos Rising Stars, the brainchild of Nutley clothier Carmen Bucco, is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to lifting up foster care youth in Bloomfield, Nutley, and Belleville. Bucco, know for his custom suit business, Bucco Couture, grew up in foster care and has made it his personal mission to help the next generations of foster care kids.
The foundation, whose board consists of local residents, work in a wide variety of industries, and have all been seen, first hand, how children in the foster care system are real rising stars. While the group has been working behind the scenes to get things started for a few months, the first public event is the inaugural breakfast.
Held at the Chandelier, 340 Franklin Ave, in Belleville, the breakfast will be the first fundraiser for the organization. Tickets are $35 and guests are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy. The breakfast will place Sunday Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Some tickets are still available at Bucco Couture, 218 Franklin Ave. Nutley or Pretty Handy Goods, 175 Franklin Ave. Nutley. Tickets are also available on Eventbrite.
