NUTLEY, NJ - Inspired by the stories of the men and women working the front lines of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, a second grade student in the township's Washington Elementary School is asking the entire community to join her to #ClapBecauseWeCare tonight and every night at 7 p.m.

Grace Miller will be standing just outside her front door at 7 p.m. tonight to clap and cheer for everyone on the front lines: doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and EMTs who are working to help those affected by COVID-19 coronavirus. She'll also be cheering for the police, fire fighters, and all the support staff in the hospitals too.

Grace's goal is to have everyone in Nutley step outside their door and clap and cheer at 7 p.m.
