NUTLEY, NJ - Candidate packets for the May 12 Nutley Board of Commissioners race hit the Office of the Township of Nutley Municipal Clerk on Friday. As of close of business on Monday, Jan 6, eight people picked up packets.
In order to make it on the ballot for the May 12 race, candidates must obtain a candidate packet from the Office of the Municipal Clerk in Nutley Town Hall during business hours. Only one registered voter is allowed per page of the form. The form is more detailed than just signing one's name on a list. The deadline for submitting petitions is March 9, 2020.
The individuals who picked up packets so far are: Ken Reilly, Frank Contella, Pearl Wang, Tom Evans, Chris Cullari, Sam Fleitell, John Kelly, and Mauro Tucci.
