NUTLEY, NJ - Gov. Phil Murphy mandated the indefinite closure of all libraries in the Garden State Saturday morning.

The mandate will close municipal, county, and state public libraries, as well as libraries and computer labs at public and private higher education institutions.

Murphy stated, "I know libraries are a critical part of the fabric of our communities, but we must slow the spread of COVID-19."
