NUTLEY, NJ - The Township of Nutley is mourning the 7th death due to COVID-19 Coronavirus. The latest fatality was reported in the daily report by the County of Essex on April 4. The report was published after the morning report from the Nutley Office of Emergency Management (OEM).
There are currently 164 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nutley.
The Nutley OEM stresses that "due to federal privacy regulations, the Township cannot share detailed information on cases."
The report also shows a municipality by municipality count. There are currently 3565 confirmed cases in the county and 156 deaths.

Statewide there are 29, 895 confirmed cases and 646 deaths.
NJ Gov. Phil Murphy ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff to serve as a "constant and visible memorial" to those lost to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
