NUTLEY, NJ - On Tuesday, November 6, 2018, six Nutley residents will compete for three seats on the Board of Education.

Every candidate has been asked the same questions, developed by Maroon & Gray staffers.  The polls in Nutley are open on November 6 from 6:00a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A: As with most parents, my child is the single most important thing in my life. His well-being is paramount. Thus, I wrote a letter to the Nutley Superintendent and Board of Education following the Parkland shootings in February 2018, raising serious questions I had about the safety of our children  after observing, first-hand, some very clear and concerning security issues at my son’s elementary school (Lincoln).  (continued...)
