NUTLEY, NJ - On Tuesday, November 6, 2018, six Nutley residents will compete for three seats on the Board of Education.

Every candidate has been asked the same questions, developed by Maroon & Gray staffers.  The polls in Nutley are open on November 6 from 6:00a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A: My decision to run for the Board of Education was multifaceted. As an educator who has had experiences working in several school districts, I have seen firsthand how effective systems and practices result in model learning environments. Conversely, I have also witnessed what can happen when an educational system fails to follow a strategic plan that combines community input, measurable, data-driven practices, and long and short-term goals.
