NUTLEY, NJ - Prism, the developer of the On3 project on the former Roche campus, is asking members of the community to petition the Nutley Board of Commissioners in support of the new Marriott AC hotel with rooftop bar.

The request for support, was sent via email on Thursday, November 14.

The email reads:

We are asking our supporters to e-mail to let Nutley officials know that you support the new Marriott AC hotel with a rooftop bar and views of Manhattan, along with the innovative vision for ON3’s next generation lifestyle hub that integrates a diverse mix of supportive uses on the former Hoffman La-Roche campus.   This project is and will create more tax revenue and hundreds of jobs, lost when Hoffmann La Roche left the site. We envision well-balanced mix of uses, such as residential, retail, hospitality, medical, research and office and entertainment concepts, to create a vibrant place for the community with long lasting appeal.

Thank you for your support!

The On3 Team

The On3 site, like Roche, straddles the Nutley - Clifton border. The flagship tenant on the Nutley side of the project is Hackensack Meridian Health Medical School at Seton Hall University. Other tenants include Modern Meadow and Ralph Lauren.
