NUTLEY, NJ - A 65 year old Bloomfield resident was detained by a Franklin Ave. store manager after concealing magazines and attempting to leave the store.

According to a report from the Nutey Police Department,  Charles Price was observed concealing magazines. The store manager detained hm until police arrived.

Price was placed under arrest and  transported to the Nutley Public Safety Headquarters on Chestnut St. He was formally charged with shoplifting, processed, and told that he was no longer permitted to patronize the establishment. He was advised of his court date and released. 

The police did not disclose the subject matter of the magazines involved in the incident.
