NUTLEY, NJ - A 55-year-old Nutley man was transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility on Tuesday after being accused of ramming his vehicle into another vehicle multiple times.

According to the Nutley Police Department, the incident began in a local business and moved outside. That's where the Michael Morrison is reported to have rammed his vehicle into the victim's vehicle two times, and attempting to ram it a third time. 

Morrison will have to answer to several charges including two counts of aggravated assault, attempt to cause severe bodily injury with deadly weapon, terroristic threats, bias intimidation, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon. HE also faces motor vehicle summonses for reckless driving, wrong way on one-way street, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, failure to report accident, and failure to show license, registration.  

A court date has not been established yet.
