BELLEVILLE, NJ - TAPinto Nutley's Kevin Knight was on location for the "Salute to Healthcare Heroes at Clara Maass Medical Center on Monday, April 6.

"Salute to Healthcare Heroes" was the brainchild of Belleville Office of Emergency Management Directory Marty Lutz. Lutz then reached out to Nutley OEM Director Will Cassidy who coordinated the Nutley presence. Lutz also reached out and coordinated the Bloomfield presence. 

Clara Maass’ 700 physicians and 2,300 employees – including 700 nurses – have been treating COVID-19 patients since the first one entered the hospital on March 15.
