NUTLEY, NJ - Last Sunday, August 18, officers of the Nutley Police Department made a routine traffic stop on Washington Ave. that ended with multiple charges and a mandatory court appearance for a 47 year old township resident.

According to department reports, Elizabeth Dacis was transported to Nutley Public Safety Building on Chestnut St without incident. While in police custody, she was chaged with operating under th influence of liquor or drugs, failure to install interlock/drive car without interlock, consent to take samples of breath, and refusal to submit to chemical test.

She was advised of her mandatory court date and released from custody.
