NUTLEY, NJ - Officers of the Nutley Police Department are asking the public for assistance to help identify a shirtless masked man in connection to theft from vehicle reports. 

On Sunday, July 19, while the township was in the grip of a heatwave, surveillance camera on Hay Ave. captured a masked man attempting to enter vehicles on Hay Ave. The shirtless man is believed to have been involved in a series of thefts from unlocked vehicles in the area.

Police ask if anyone can identify him please call 973-284-4940.
