NUTLEY, NJ - The Township of Nutley Department of Public Safety is hosting a "Drive-By Open House" Fri. Oct. 9 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. as a part of Fire Prevention Week.
Fire Prevention Week runs from Oct. 4 to 10. This year's theme is "Serve Up Safety in the Kitchen."
As this is a "drive-by"event, residents are asked to line up their vehicles on Chestnut St. facing West, before the event. Members of the Public Safety Dept. staff will hand out goodie bags to motorists on a first-come, first-served basis.
