PARKLAND, FL- Broward County beaches are set to reopen as the 4th of July weekend is now behind us. Miami-Dade will be instituting the same program as Broward when it comes to reopening its beaches. 

Broward County is also mandating the use of face masks in public places where social distancing is not possible. Miami-Dade has gone a step further, and is mandating masks in all public places at all times.

Additionally, onsite dining and alcohol is not allowed in Broward between the hours of 12 Midnight and 5 a.m.

Broward has a strictly enforced rule mandating that business follow social distancing guidelines. The county has temporarily shut down a number of establishments that have not followed the guidelines. The County has also set up a 311 number to report violations.
