Circuit Workout with Manny Mair to Benefit Parkland Cares, August 25

PARKLAND, FL - Manny Mair of One-to-One Fitness will be holding two circuit workout training sessions on Saturday, August 25 with all proceeds benefiting Parkland Cares.  The sessions will take place from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and each session is $25.00 per person.  All fitness levels are welcome and all individuals who are 15 years of age and older are invited to attend.

Mair, along with a surprise pro athlete, will provide a high-energy, fun-filled, full-body circuit workout for attendees.

All proceeds will benefit Parkland Cares to provide immediate and long-term funding and awareness for mental health counseling for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas survivors, their families and the community at-large.
