“It was an intriguing experience for Sinan and I to take a step back and analyze the trends in fashion, culture, and economics that we see every day and rarely ever question," said Bloomberg.

One of the examples is a podcast they made about the popularity of streetwear.

"Many of our peers are fanatical about streetwear, waiting hours in lines or paying an overpriced amount for the latest pieces from notable streetwear brands. Streetwear, Unpacked examines the history and drivers of the frenzy behind this revived fashion trend and explores the psychological and financial implications," Bloomberg explains. "The production process was so rewarding as Sinan and I watched our idea transform into an entire podcast with hours of researching, collaborating, and recording between us. The AAHSFF Official Selection for this podcast was a gratifying surprise and confirmation that our efforts and inquisitive natures paid off. Sinan and I make a great team, and I’m truly excited for the future of 'Unpacked.' ”

Kassim summarized the experience, saying "I can’t thank Veronica enough for being an amazing friend and co-host. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Henry Maxon, Mr. Danny Swerdlow, Dr. Joel Nemes, and the Arts Department at NSU University School for believing in us.”
