PARKLAND, FLA - The City of Parkland along with Watson Adventures will hold a Scavenger Hunt and Concert event on July 28 starting at 5:00 p.m.  This free event includes a photo challenge scavenger hunt followed by a concert and food trucks at the Amphitheatre.  No pre-registration is required.

Attendees will begin the hunt with their team from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and will meet at the Parkland tent near the amphitheatre stage to sign up their team and gather the rules and supplies.  All ages are welcome but the hunt is geared towards ages eight years and up.

Anyone interested in participating in the Scavenger Hunt should print and sign the waiver in advance by clicking HERE, and bring it with them to expedite the check-in process.

Q. How much does it cost? 
 A. The City of Parkland is proud to host the event free of charge to our community. There is no entry fee or ticket required to attend.

Q. What is the live music? 
 A. 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm DJ Steve Jones.  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Axcents.  7:30 pm- 8:00 pm DJ Steve Jones.  8:00 pm - 9:30 pm Solemark. 

Q. What do I need in order to participate in the scavenger hunt? 
A.  A signed waiver (if you are under 18 the waiver needs to be signed by a parent/guardian) and a smartphone.

Q. What other details do I need to know about the scavenger hunt? 

A.  The hunt can be completed from 5 pm to 7pm.  The hunt will take approximately 45 minutes and may include photo, mystery message, and timed challenges.  The hunt will only take place within the park.  The hunt is geared for ages eight years and older.  Participants will be put into teams.  Each team will have a maximum of eight team members.  

Q.   How does parking work? 

A.   Parking is available on site at Pine Trails Park.

Q.    Can I bring my own food, drinks and snacks?

A.   Yes.  There will be food trucks available onsite.  Cash or credit cards will be needed to purchase items from the food trucks. No alcohol is allowed in the park.

Q.   Can I bring my own chair or blanket?

A.   You are welcome to bring your own folding chair or blanket. No personal tents or large umbrellas are allowed.


Q.   Can I bring my pets? 

A.   Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park for this event. Service animals are permitted.
