The percent of positive results ranged from 8.34% to 13.36% over the past 2 weeks and was 8.34% on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. This percentage calculated is for people that test positive for the first time and does not include people that had previously tested positive.

Florida has 510,389 confirmed cases of COVID-19, an increase of 7,650 in 1 day.
Broward County has 60,058 confirmed cases, an increase of 704 in 1 day.
Parkland has 344 confirmed cases, an increase of 9 in 1 day.
Coral Springs has 2,587 confirmed cases, an increase of 31 in 1 day.
Deaths in Florida related to COVID-19: 7,747 an increase of 120 in 1 day.
Broward County has 3,498 (6.0%) hospitalizations with 782 (1.3%) deaths due to COVID-19. Deaths increased by 0 in 1 day. The median age is 39.
Broward County Hospital Bed Availability: Hospitals have 963 (17.8%) beds available and 58 (9.8%) adult ICU beds available per the latest data on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
