PARKLAND, FL- The Eagle Regiment packed a lot into Super Bowl Sunday. The MSD marching band was able to be a part of the Super Bowl Experience on the set of a television show and at the game itself.
The Eagle Regiment headed out early Sunday morning to South Beach to perform on Fox and Friends on the Fox News Channel. After their television performance, they had two Super Bowl pre-game performances at Hard Rock stadium. They first played at the main entrance of the stadium as fans made their way into the game. The Regiment later played on another stage for more Super Bowl attendees.
The experience proved to be an exceptional opportunity for the members of the Eagle Regiment.
“It’s my second year in band and this has been the most fun experience by far!“ shared Nicolette Gulla, saxophone player.
The Eagle Regiment has over 150 members is led by Band Director Stephen Rivero and Associate Director Robert Rivero.
