PARKLAND, FL- The City of Parkland has teamed up with Allstate Foundation and Unger Engineering Services Inc. to offer scholarship opportunities to graduating Seniors living in Parkland. Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019.  The opportunities include Education Advisory Board Scholarship, Allstate Foundation Scholarship and Engineering Scholarship. The City of Parkland and the Parkland Education Advisory Board are offering a scholarship to graduating seniors with outstanding community or civic service. The Allstate Foundation is offering two $500 scholarships in recognition and remembrance of the tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas. They are providing scholarships to graduating seniors that share the same interests and passions of the students that lost their lives on February 14. The City of Parkland, Unger Engineering Services Inc. and Winningham and Fradley Inc. are offering a $3000 scholarship to students planning to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, surveying or a related field.
