PARKLAND, FL- National deadline day for filling out the 2020 United States Census is upon us. Wednesday, September 30, is the last day residents are allowed to fill out census forms, which not only affect statistical accuracy for the United States and Parkland but also determine programs and funding to support community needs.

Parkland's response rate was 9th highest in Florida as of the last count, with just shy of 79% of residents filling out their census. Cooper City, another Broward city, currently has the highest response rate in the state with nearly 84% of residents responding.

To fill out the 2020 census information, please visit the website here. The form typically takes 5-10 minutes to fill out and can be completed online, with no paperwork necessary.
