PARKLAND, FL- Chabad of Parkland will be holding its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, September 19, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. The brand new building is on the corner of Loxahatchee Road and Parkside Drive in Parkland.

Rabbi Gutnick will be on hand along with numerous volunteers to help host and guide the event. "Our goal is to provide Jewish values and a wholesome Jewish experience regardless of your Jewish background," he shares. "We're trying to bring a connection of Jewish values."

The Chabad of Parkland will be a "Campus of Jewish Life," according to Rabbi Gutnick, hosting numerous events and activities, including Hebrew School, crafts, baking, and community outreach. Additionally, Chabad of Parkland hosts the "Friendship Circle" which is geared towards teens developing one on one friendships with special needs children. They'll also be holding "The Friendship Circle for Adults."

"We want Chabad of Parkland to be an actual physical place where you feel good and are making a difference. It gives us an opportunity to do a lot of things we couldn't do without the building," shared Rabbi Gutnick. "We welcome everyone equally here. Things we do will be based on the needs of the community. The Grand Opening is a chance to make a toast and enjoy the new facility."
