PARKLAND, FL- The P.E. X-Games are making their way to Parkland this Friday, August 2. The popular game competition, named as a combination between physical education and the X-Games, will be held at the P-Rec in Pine Trails Park on Friday. 

The P.E. X-Games are a friendly, positive way to engage in physical activity. P.E.-X's mission is to "provide a positive experience in the form of physical activity. It focuses on proven concepts of wellness and fitness, while also presenting activities that create awareness and tolerance to a variety of cultures around the world." They want to see all children, regardless of ability, disability or background, develop confidence and grow in character, self-reliance, and discipline.

Friday's P.E. X-Games held at the P-Rec will include dodge ball, crab soccer/basketball, parachute games, korfball, da-ga, and an obstacle course.

The event is free and runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2.
