PARKLAND, FL- One of the highlights of celebrating Veterans Day Weekend in Parkland is the Soldier Rush Race at the Equestrian Center. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Soldier Rush will be a virtual race held on November 7, 2020.

Typically, the 5K race experience is physically demanding but fun, with participants climbing over walls, carrying objects, and more. The Soldier Rush is in its 6th year and aims to give participants a real Military Boot Camp experience.

Soldier Rush was created in 2015 as an event to support U.S. Veterans and First Responders. The race is not only a uniting force on Veterans Day Weekend, but also uses funds raised to benefit local charities such as Parkland Cares.
