PARKLAND, FL- The Stoneman Douglas Boys and Girls Basketball teams both fell to Monarch High School (Coconut Creek) in away non-conference games on Tuesday.

The girls picked up the loss by a score of 46-35, falling to 0-3 on the season. The Eagles will look to get their first win of the season on Thursday, December 5. They face West Broward (Pembroke Pines) in an away non-conference game. West Broward is 0-2 this season. 

The boys were handed their first loss of the season by Monarch, falling by a score of 75-53. Adrian Naile was the high scorer for the Eagles with 16 points. The Stoneman Douglas boys have a record of 1-1. The Eagles play West Broward in an away non-conference game on Thursday, December 5. West Broward is also 1-1 this season.
