PARKLAND, FL- Kevin Heinrich, a right handed pitcher for Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, has accepted an athletic scholarship to play baseball at the University of Arkansas. Heinrich, of Coral Springs, stands 6 feet 3 inches tall and has a fastball that reaches over 90 miles per hour for the Stoneman Douglas Eagles, who fell in the regional semifinal 10-3 to Flanagan High School on Saturday. Heinrich's Arkansas Razorbacks completed the regular season with a 40-15 overall record, finishing 2nd in the Southeastern Conference. NCAA Baseball Regionals will begin on May 31.
