PARKLAND, FL- The Westglades Wolves Boys and Girls Flag Football Teams turned in an excellent performance last Thursday, sweeping Renaissance Charter School at University.

The boys, coached by Larry Bremner, picked up a 25-12 win. Touchdowns were scored through the air by receivers Jackson Pavlish, Josh Gates and Alex Fishman. Quarterback Max Haber threw for three scores and ran in another en route to the victory.

The girls played a close game with Renaissance, winning 6-0 in double overtime. Quarterback Kayleigh Cuccia ran in the game's only touchdown to win for Coach Dawn Azzarelli's team.

Westglades next plays at home versus Sawgrass Springs on Monday afternoon, February 10. The girls play at 4:15 p.m., and the boys play immediately following the girls game.
