PARSIPPANY, NJ - Patrol Officers J. Garza and R. Talyor observed a 2005 Ford Van that had exited the Red Roof Inn commit multiple moving violations. They conducted a motor vehicle stop and spoke to the driver, Bryan Leon, a 28 year old male from Scotch Plains, NJ. After a brief investigation he was placed under arrest after he was found to be in possession of suspected Ketamine, suspected THC oil, and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia. Officers also observed numerous open containers of miniature Vodka. He was transported back to police headquarters for processing. While there, he was charged with the following:

• 1 count of 3rd Degree Possession of CDS (Ketamine)
• Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana, a Disorderly Person’s Offense • Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, a Disorderly Person’s Offense
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Disorderly Person’s Offense
• Failure to Stop/Yield, a Traffic Offense
• Failure to Signal, a Traffic Offense
• CDS in a Motor Vehicle, a Traffic Offense
• Possession of an Open Container in a Motor Vehicle, a Traffic Offense

He was released on his own recognizance pending his court date.
