PARSIPPANY, NJ - The Heartfulness Institute is hosting a free guided meditation session at the Parsippany PAL building on June 2nd.  The event is being hosted to celebrate the release of the book “The Heartfulness Way” by Kamlesh D. Patel and Joshua Pollock.  All our welcome to attend.

This event is open to all. You do not need to have any prior meditation experience to attend this event.

The event is free of charge. The Heartfulness Institute is a volunteer run non-profit organization.

What is "The Heartfulness Way" about?

Building on ageless oral tradition, Kamlesh D. Patel – widely known as Daaji, the fourth guru in the Heartfulness tradition – traces a seeker’s journey as he examines the nature of spiritual search. Through a series of illuminating conversations between a teacher and a student, Daaji reveals the principles of the Heartfulness practice and philosophy to Joshua Pollock, a Heartfulness practitioner and trainer.

What is Heartfulness Meditation?

Heartfulness Meditation is a contemporized version of the ancient Indian practice of Raja Yoga, a tradition that enables the practitioner to realize the higher Self within. Heartfulness Meditation consists of four elements—relaxation, meditation, cleaning, and prayer—and illuminates the ancient, defining feature of yogic transmission (or pranahuti), the utilization of divine energy for spiritual growth and transformation.
