PARSIPPANY, NJ -  In its newly released 2019 “Best Schools” list, national educational research and rankings firm Niche has placed Parsippany Public Schools No. 37. Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Schools is a highly rated, public school district located in Parsippany, NJ. It has 6,866 students in grades PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 12 to 1. According to state test scores, 58% of students are at least proficient in math and 65% in reading.

Niche gave Parsippany Public schools an overall letter grade of A+ for College Prep and Clubs and Athletics. The schools got an A for academics, diversity, teachers, health and safety, administration. It received an A- in sports and a B+ for food and resources and facilities.

Niche said that its new release analyzes 3,904 private schools, 83,542 public schools and 10,758 school districts weighting factors like academics, culture and diversity, teachers and millions of student and parent reviews.
