PARSIPPANY, NJ - Assemblywoman BettyLou DeCroce and Parsippany Councilman Michael dePierro attended the Parsippany Rotary Club meeting this week where advanced security protection was discussed with the members.

Rotary President Venkat Bijala presided over the meeting where Dr. Lou Valori, CEO of the Valori Group was the keynote speaker.  Some of the topics discussed were crime prevention, identity theft and active shooter preparation measures.

An important discussion took place around the need for extensive background checks on employees both current and future.  The Valori Group educated the audience on their unique system for doing extensive background checks and why it is so important that employers conduct them.

The meetings are held monthly on Tuesday mornings at the Parsippany IHOP at 792 US-46 in Parsippany.
